Christopher Columbus found a new world of flavors when he discovered America. Corn, potatoes, tomatoes and yellow chili were integrated into dishes coming from the Old World. Peruvian cuisine, considered among the best, inherited its innovation, mix and flavors from Peru’s history. Its culinary fusion developed over a long process of cultural exchange between the Spanish, Africans, Chinese, Japanese and Italians, among others.
Excellent service and great food. Best Peruvian food I have had in Vegas.
Best plate is Bisteck a lo Pobre ;)
I went to this restaurant and compared to others this is by far the best Peruvian restaurant in Vegas.
Great food and service. Great selection. Highly recommended.
Excellent authentic Peruvian food. We weren't hungry so we just got an app, but it was delicious. Definitely recommend this place. Plenty of room but it can get busy.
